What is the difference between regular and wide foot width?

Our regular fit suits ~85% of customers. The Wide fit has a roomier toe box and adjusts the strap to accommodate higher insteps and broader feet. If you've ever found other sandals tight across the toes, try Wide.

How do I find the right size?

The Albania, Italy, and Doha fit true to size. Sport models like Algeria run half-a-size big — size down. Use our size chart for UK / US / EU / CM conversions, and remember: free exchanges within 30 days.

Are your sandals waterproof?

The leather and nubuck models are water-resistant — splashes and rain are fine, but please don't submerge them. The vegan microfibre Algeria, Belgium, and Egypt models are fully water-friendly and beach-tested.

What's the break-in period like?

About 4–7 days of regular wear. The cork footbed needs body heat and a little pressure to mould to your foot. After that, it's permanently the shape of your foot — like a hardback bookmark you can't share.

How do I care for the leather?

Wipe daily with a soft dry cloth. Brush the cork bed weekly. Condition the leather with a neutral cream every 4–6 weeks. Avoid plastic storage — leather needs to breathe. Full guide on each product page under Care.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — on orders below ₹10,000 anywhere in India. A flat ₹49 handling fee applies. COD is not available on items over 30% off or on Same-day delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The pair must be unworn (indoor try-on is fine) and in its original box. Email returns@dsignes.com or use the link in your order confirmation. Read the full policy.
